The WROOM soft ballistic panel is used as an additional protection element + damper under the standard plate of a body armor vest, or as a standalone insert for protection against fragments and handgun rounds in equipment components, or even a backpack. When installed standalone, position the softer side toward the body and the harder side toward the direction of attack. The ballistic component is enclosed in a vacuum-sealed package, which extends service life and neutralizes the hydro-shock effect when wet.

Regarding the advantages of Class 2 ballistic protection, note its ability to withstand a shot from 7.62×25 mm (TT), which means this ballistic protection can stop larger fragments moving at higher velocity.
