We present to you the latest model of the Ghost Gen4 body armor with a special V2 configuration, created to meet modern challenges.
Our body armor is designed using high-quality materials, including Cordura 1000D and reliable hardware, to ensure the highest level of protection and comfort.

The body armor is equipped with Class 6 ceramic plates, designed to provide maximum ballistic protection.
Despite its high effectiveness, the weight of the vest is only 7.1 kg (without pouches). The set includes groin protection (reduced, integrated into a drop pouch), side protection, armor plates, and additional pouches.

Our body armor can be easily adjusted for different sizes (from S to 3XL) thanks to adjustable components. It is also equipped with a 3D mesh ventilation system, which provides comfortable airflow and reduces discomfort during wear. Our Ghost Gen4 V2 is not just a body armor — it’s a reliable defender ready to help you achieve your goals in any conditions.

Now let’s take a closer look at each protection element in the Ghost Gen4 V2 body armor:

Side protection:
Side protection plays a significant role in overall body safety.
Our side protection panels are 15×30 cm in size, providing full coverage of the lateral body area and maximum protection in this zone.

Groin protection:
The Ghost body armor set includes a drop pouch groin protector for the groin and intestinal area.
This additional protection ensures reliable defense against potential threats.

If you require an even higher level of protection for the groin area, you can additionally purchase extended groin protection.
This allows you to adjust your body armor to the maximum level of safety according to your needs and requirements.

Back and chest protection:
For maximum protection of the back and chest, we use Class 6 ceramic plates.
They combine high strength and lightness, making them ideal for use in body armor.
If you wish to make the vest even lighter, you can choose plates with lower weight, reducing the total mass without compromising protection.

About the body armor:

Our body armor is a high-tech product, combining advanced materials and innovative technologies to ensure maximum protection and comfort.

NIR coating: the plate carrier has a special coating to reduce visibility in the infrared spectrum, making you invisible to night vision devices and increasing safety during nighttime missions.

Material: made from high-quality Cordura 1000D, our body armor is highly durable and wear-resistant, ensuring exceptional reliability.

Adjustability: the vest can be easily adjusted in volume from S to 3XL, providing a perfect fit for any body type and maximum comfort for the user.

Ventilation: soft elastic inserts on the cummerbund and throughout the inner part of the vest feature 3D ventilation, effectively wicking away heat and moisture, keeping you comfortable even during intense activity.

Hardware: we use advanced Spider hardware from the European manufacturer 2M to ensure reliability and long-lasting performance under all conditions.

Water and fire resistance: our body armor features water-resistant and fire-retardant properties, allowing you to remain protected in all weather conditions and hazards.

Velcro panels: soft Velcro panels make it easy to attach patches and other accessories, providing individual style and functionality.

About the armor plates:

• Protection class: 6 (according to NIJ — Level IV 0101.06, as indicated on the plates);

• Material: ceramic (aluminum oxide Al₂O₃) + UHMWPE (ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene);

• Size: 30×25 cm;

• Thickness: 2.4 cm;

• Weight: 2.8 kg (per plate);

• The plates have a rear information label and have undergone laboratory testing (a certified copy with an official stamp confirming protection level is included with each order).

About the ballistic protection:

• Material: ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and an 8 mm damping layer to reduce impact force;

• Protection class: 1 (DSTU 8782:2018);

• Testing: the ballistic protection has passed laboratory tests (a certified copy with an official stamp confirming the protection level is included with each order).
