We present to you the latest model of the Ghost Gen4 body armor with a special V3 configuration, created to meet modern challenges. Our body armor is made from high-quality materials, including Cordura 1000D and reliable fittings, to ensure the highest level of protection and comfort.

The body armor is equipped with Class 6 ceramic plates, designed to provide maximum ballistic protection. Despite its high efficiency, the total weight of the vest is only 7.8 kg (without pouches). The set includes protection for the neck, groin, sides, and armor plates, as well as additional pouches.

Our body armor can be easily adjusted for different sizes (from S to 3XL) thanks to its adjustable components. It is also equipped with a 3D ventilation mesh, which provides comfortable air circulation and reduces discomfort during wear.

Side protection:
Side protection plays an important role in overall body safety. Our side protection panels measure 15×30 cm, providing full coverage of the side area of the body and ensuring maximum protection in this zone.

Groin / intestinal protection:
This element is specifically designed to protect the intestines and femoral artery — one of the largest arteries in the human body. Its main purpose is to ensure complete protection of this critical area.

Back and chest protection:
For maximum protection of the back and chest, we use Class 6 ceramic armor plates. They are both strong and lightweight, making them ideal for use in the vest.
If you want to make the armor lighter, you can choose plates with a reduced weight, maintaining the same level of protection.

About the body armor:

Our body armor is a product of high-tech manufacturing, combining advanced materials and innovative technologies to ensure maximum protection and comfort.

• NIR coating: the plate carrier has a special treatment that reduces visibility in the infrared spectrum, making you invisible to night vision devices and enhancing your safety during nighttime operations.

• Material: made of high-quality Cordura 1000D, the vest offers superior durability and abrasion resistance, ensuring exceptional reliability.

• Adjustability: the vest can be easily adjusted around the torso from S to 3XL, providing a perfect fit for any body type and maximum user comfort.

• Ventilation: soft elastic inserts on the cummerbund and throughout the inner section of the vest are equipped with 3D ventilation, effectively dissipating heat and moisture to keep you comfortable even during intense activity.

• Hardware: equipped with modern Spider buckles by European manufacturer 2M, guaranteeing reliability and long-lasting performance in any conditions.

• Water and fire resistance: the vest is both water- and fire-resistant, allowing you to stay protected in any weather or hazardous environment.

• Velcro panels: soft Velcro panels allow for convenient attachment of patches and accessories, ensuring a personalized style and enhanced functionality.

About the armor plates:

• Protection class: 6 (according to NIJ — IV 0101.06, as indicated on the plates);

• Material: ceramic (aluminum oxide Al₂O₃) + UHMWPE (ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene);

• Dimensions: 30×25 cm;

• Thickness: 2.4 cm;

• Weight: 2.8 kg (per plate);

• The plates have an informational label on the back and have passed laboratory testing (a certified copy with a wet seal confirming the protection class is included with the order).

About the ballistic protection:

• Material: ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) with an 8 mm shock-absorbing liner to reduce impact load;

• Protection class: 1 (DSTU 8782:2018);

• Testing: the ballistic protection has passed certified laboratory tests (a copy with a wet seal confirming protection class is provided with the order).
