The “Neptun GEN4 V5” body armor was developed taking into account feedback and needs from our customers, with a special focus on providing a higher level of ballistic protection for the sides and groin area. The “Neptun GEN4 V5” model stands out for its high quality and the highest protection class in all parameters. The Class 6 armor plates used in this body armor weigh only 5.8 kg per pair, while the Class 2 ballistic protection weighs just 2 kg.

The set includes:

• Plate carrier with all necessary pouches — a total of 9 pieces.

• The set also includes side, neck, shoulder, and groin protection (anti-fragmentation apron) providing full coverage of the body area.

• The total weight of the “Neptun GEN4 V5” body armor is 7.8 kg, providing effective protection without excessive weight.

As for the advantages of Class 1 ballistic protection, it is worth noting its ability to withstand a shot from a 7.62×25 mm (TT) round, which means that this protection can also stop a large fragment moving at high speed.

Our plates have an information label with data about the protection class and have been tested in a laboratory. Together with the order, we provide a copy with a wet stamp confirming the protection class.

Material: Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and a 5 mm damper to reduce impact force.
Protection class: 1 according to DSTU 8782:2018.
Testing: Conducted in a laboratory; we provide a copy with a wet stamp confirming the protection class.

Our plate carrier is made of European-produced Cordura 1000d and has the following characteristics:

• Quick-release buckles by 2M

• 3D ventilation for enhanced comfort

• Velcro/Alfatex textile fasteners

• Elastic insert on the cummerbund

• Removable MOLLE panel on the front part

• Chest pocket for personal items

• Soft panels for attaching identifiers and patches

The set also includes various equipment:

The body armor has a universal size and can be adjusted in the front and back for a perfect fit — from S to 3XL.

Our dampers are equipped with 3D mesh for excellent ventilation, ensuring comfort during prolonged wear.
