The OTAMAN Gen4 V3 body armor is a vest with an increased protection area for the entire body. The weight of the vest is 8.2 kg. The rather significant weight is due to the enlarged area of Class 1 ballistic protection according to DSTU standards.
The protection class of the vest in the V3 basic configuration corresponds to Class 6 according to GOST.
This level of protection will defend you from fragments, ricochets, and automatic weapon fire.
It can also be additionally equipped with Class 6 plates sized 27×35 cm (XL) since the base configuration includes plates sized 25×30 cm.
This body armor is suitable both for large men and for slimmer users.
Size S/M — suitable for people up to 175 cm tall, with a chest circumference of 50–170 cm.
Size L/XL — suitable for people taller than 175 cm, with a chest circumference of 60–180 cm.

The plates have undergone laboratory testing. Together with your order, we provide a certified copy with a wet stamp confirming the protection class.
About ballistic protection:
Material: ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) and an 8 mm shock-absorbing damper to reduce impact force.
Protection class: Class 1 (DSTU 8782:2018).
Testing: ballistic protection has passed laboratory testing, and with the order, we send a certified copy with a wet stamp confirming compliance with the protection class.
