Exchange and Return

Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days from the moment the customer receives the product, in accordance with the Ukrainian Law “On Consumer Protection”.

How to exchange or return a product?

The Wroom store provides three main ways to exchange or return a product:

  1. We include a return form with your order. Fill it out and send it to the address indicated on the form.

What if the form was lost?

Don’t worry — you can:

  1. Call our manager at +380 (97) 247 35 08 or email us at info@wroom.new.hor-hosting.top with your request to exchange or return the product. Our managers will guide you through the process.
  2. If convenient, you can complete the exchange or return in our offline store at:
    Kyiv, Dniprovska Naberezhna 14A (Osokorky metro), 02095.

Products of improper quality can be returned or exchanged if:

The returned product meets the following conditions:

  • No traces of use: scratches, chips, scuffs, stains, etc.
  • Original packaging is preserved and undamaged.
  • All labels and factory markings are intact.
  • The product is complete and fully equipped.
  • No mechanical damage.
  • No signs of use.

How is the return carried out?

Returns can be sent through any delivery service according to its tariffs at the customer’s expense, or made free of charge at our store:
Kyiv, Dniprovska Naberezhna 14A (Osokorky metro).

Refund methods

Refunds are issued by agreement between the Client and the Seller in one of the following ways:

  • Transfer to a bank card within 24 hours after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refund via “Nova Poshta” COD service.
  • Cash refund at our store after inspection of the returned product.

Conditions for returning goods of improper quality

If the Client receives a product of improper quality or one that does not meet expectations, they must contact a manager at +380 (97) 247 35 08 or email info@wroom.new.hor-hosting.top within 24 hours after receiving the product.

Individual resolution options:

  • The Client may request a discount of up to 15% for products of improper quality.
  • If defects cannot be repaired, the Client may request a replacement or a full refund.
