The body armor is equipped with Class 6 ceramic armor plates, designed to provide maximum ballistic protection. Despite its high effectiveness, the weight of the body armor is only 6.6 kg (excluding pouches).
The set includes side protection, armor plates, and additional pouches.

Our body armor can be easily adjusted to fit different sizes (from S to 3XL) thanks to its adjustable elements. It is also equipped with a 3D ventilation mesh, which provides optimal air circulation and reduces discomfort during long-term wear. Ghost Gen4 V1 is not just body armor — it is a reliable defender, ready to help you achieve your goals in any conditions.

Side Protection:
The side protection plays a crucial role in overall body safety.
Our side panels are designed with dimensions of 15×30 cm, providing complete coverage of the side zones and ensuring maximum protection in these areas.

Back and Chest Protection:
For maximum protection of the back and chest, we use Class 6 ceramic armor plates.
They feature high strength and light weight, making them ideal for use in body armor.
If you want to make the vest even lighter, you can choose lighter plates to reduce the overall weight without sacrificing protection level.

About the body armor:

Our body armor is a high-tech product, combining advanced materials and innovative technologies to ensure maximum protection and comfort.

• NIR coating:
  The plate carrier has a special coating that reduces visibility in the infrared spectrum, making you invisible to night vision devices and increasing your safety during operations in the dark.

• Material:
  Made from premium-grade Cordura 1000D, which offers outstanding durability and abrasion resistance, making the vest exceptionally reliable and long-lasting.

• Adjustment:
  The body armor is easily adjustable for sizes from S to 3XL, ensuring a perfect fit for any body type and maximum user comfort.

• Ventilation:
  Soft elastic inserts on the cummerbund and throughout the interior of the vest feature 3D ventilation, effectively wicking away heat and moisture, keeping you comfortable even during intense activity.

• Hardware:
  We use Spider hardware from the European manufacturer 2M, guaranteeing reliability and durability under any operational conditions.

• Water and Fire Resistance:
  The vest has water-resistant and fire-resistant properties, allowing you to stay protected in all weather conditions and hazardous environments.

• Velcro Panels:
  Soft Velcro panels allow for easy attachment of patches and accessories, providing personalized style and functionality.

About the armor plates:

• Protection level: Class 6 (equivalent to NIJ IV 0101.06, as indicated on the plates)

• Material: Ceramic (Aluminum Oxide Al₂O₃) + UHMWPE (Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene)

• Dimensions: 30×25 cm

• Thickness: 2.4 cm

• Weight: 2.8 kg (per plate)

Each plate comes with an information label on the back and has passed laboratory testing (a copy with a wet seal confirming compliance with the protection class is included with the order).

About the ballistic protection:

• Material: UHMWPE (Ultra-High-Molecular-Weight Polyethylene) and an 8 mm damping layer to reduce impact and backface deformation;

• Protection class: 1, according to DSTU 8782:2018;

• Testing: The ballistic protection has passed laboratory tests, and a certified copy with a wet seal confirming its compliance is included with the order.
